The Brian Chris Organization was created with a simple but powerful vision: to help people, communities, and businesses grow in ways that are authentic, sustainable, and transformative. What started with Brian’s personal journey as a coach, psychotherapist, and speaker has evolved into a team-driven organization dedicated to creating impact on a larger scale. Together, we combine expertise in personal development, event creation, business strategy, and communication to bring The Chain of Moments philosophy to life in every project we design.

We believe that transformation does not belong only in one-to-one sessions - it can happen in workshops, conferences, workplaces, and communities. That’s why our organization exists: to build platforms and experiences where people can learn, connect, and change together. Our work spans coaching, mentoring, organizational wellbeing, events, and digital outreach, all united by one mission: to bring awareness, resilience, and joy into people’s lives, moment by moment.

While Brian remains the heart and founder of the organization, the real strength lies in the team that supports and expands the vision. Each member brings unique skills, passions, and experiences that allow us to turn ideas into reality and ensure that our message reaches the people who need it most.


Brian Chris - Founder, coach, speaker

Brian is the visionary behind the organization and the creator of The Chain of Moments. With more than 25 years of experience in human behavior, psychology, and business, he combines deep spiritual insight with practical strategies for growth. Brian works directly with clients through coaching and mentoring, and leads workshops and conferences that inspire transformation in both personal and professional settings. His role in the organization is to guide the vision, design new programs, and ensure that our work always stays true to our core values.


Sarah - Event organizer

Sarah is the mastermind behind our events. With a natural talent for planning, coordination, and creating meaningful experiences, she ensures that every workshop and conference runs smoothly. From logistics to atmosphere, Sarah’s focus is always on making each event not only professional but also warm and welcoming. Her ability to see both the big picture and the small details allows participants to feel fully immersed, supported, and inspired. Thanks to her work, our live and online events are places where real transformation takes shape.


Jacob and Julia – Social media experts

Jacob and Julia are the voices of our organization in the digital world. Together, they manage our social media platforms, campaigns, and online presence. With creativity and strategic insight, they transform our message into stories, visuals, and campaigns that reach people worldwide. Jacob specializes in strategy, data, and ensuring our content reaches the right audience, while Julia brings her creativity and storytelling talent to design posts that engage, inspire, and connect emotionally. Their combined work allows our philosophy and programs to find their way into people’s daily lives, long before they join us in person.


Emily - Business organizer

Emily is the structural backbone of the organization. With her expertise in business management, processes, and organizational development, she ensures that our ideas are grounded in practical systems that work. She manages budgets, structures collaborations, and builds sustainable frameworks for growth. Emily’s role is crucial: she turns vision into action by making sure that everything runs efficiently behind the scenes. Her clarity, organizational talent, and business acumen allow the entire team to focus on their strengths while knowing the foundation is solid.


What We Do

As an organization, we work across three main areas:

  1. Personal development - We offer coaching, mentoring, and workshops that help individuals build resilience, overcome challenges, and live more consciously. Programs like The Chain of Moments, More Happy Moments, and Find Yourself guide people to reconnect with themselves and create lasting change.

  2. Professional and business development - We support leaders, employees, and companies in building stronger communication, healthier workplaces, and purpose-driven strategies. Through conferences such as Leadership with Heart and workshops like Integration to Workplace or Better Work Environment, we help organizations thrive while taking care of the people within them.

Community and events - We create conferences and initiatives that bring people together around important themes: Be Happy, Get Out of Loneliness, Emotional Mastery, Breaking Limiting Beliefs, and more. These events are designed not only to inspire but also to connect people with each other, building communities that last beyond the event itself.
